In 2016, we acquired a piece of land in the Westlands business district of Nairobi, Kenya. Seeing a gap in the market for high quality, great value hotels for business and leisure travellers, we developed a 277-bedroom hotel. In a franchise partnership with Accor Hotels, this is now an ibis Styles hotel which offers a range of services including a fitness centre, meeting facilities, a contemporary casual dining restaurant, coffee shop and a rooftop Sport Bar and BBQ restaurant with breathtaking panoramic views of the Nairobi skyline.
Our way of working
Our genuine approach to hospitality shapes the way we handle our property business. Building personal relationships with our tenants, we're able to provide a tailored experience for them. Where possible we handle our lettings directly, advertising online, conducting our own viewings and creating a positive relationship with prospective tenants from the very beginning.
Queensway's small but highly focused team knows the ins and outs of each property, directly managing and maintaining them to a good standard. Our tenants have direct access to a dedicated Maintenance Manager for out-of-hours support, and a Property Manager who is ready to help our tenants with any queries or concerns.

We are always keen to add value to our business, and we are constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to acquire sites for conversion into commercial units in promising locations across the UK.
