Managing Director, Hotels
I joined the Queensway Group in 2017 as the Managing Director for Hotels after working in consumer focused roles at Time, ntl, Vodafone, BT, The Rank Group and bwin.party. I have marketing and commercial experience from a number of sectors that will be applied to our growth aspirations at Queensway.
Our key focus is building our own Hotel brand, Point A Hotels, into a market leading brand within the economy sector - with an aspiration of making every customer feel like a welcomed guest. In addition we also operate a fantastic boutique hotel, Montagu Place, which is rated within the top 25 hotels in London, and hotels under international brands such as Tune Hotels and easyHotel.
My role is to work alongside the team to develop our future strategy and build a framework for future growth and success. Our operational pillars include developing a customer-centric working culture, development of our own brand, revenue optimisation, building a market leading employee brand and digital transformation of the customer experience.
