I started working at Tune Hotel Westminster as a Guest Service Assistant in April 2014. I am hardworking and flexible and was soon recognised not only by my General Manager, but also by our guests. I was very happy to be mentioned by name on a number of positive reviews on guest satisfaction websites. On occasions, my GM was emailed directly by customers thanking me for my help during their stay. Customer service is something I am passionate about and I soon started to train my colleagues in delivering memorable guest experiences. 

In August 2015, I was promoted to Supervisor and my next goal is to become a Guest Service Manager in one of the new London hotels. To achieve this, Queensway have supported me to undertake my Level NVQ in Customer Service which I completed successfully. I am now enrolled in the Leadership and Management Programme to help me to continue to grow and develop. Queensway has given me the platform to develop myself and others and I thoroughly enjoy being part of this exciting, growing company!
