We understand the art of hospitality, and we've nurtured a reputation for providing exceptionally welcoming hotel experiences.

In 2017, we launched Point A Hotels with six hotels in London Shoreditch and one in Glasgow. At Point A Hotels, we believe everyone deserves genuine hospitality, no matter their budget and we have designed hotels are inspired by our guests and the experiences they travel for.

Our portfolio also includes Montagu Place and Sloane Place, our own boutique hotels in London's Marylebone and Chelsea neighborhoods. We also own the ibis Styles Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya.

With our unique ethos, experienced and motivated teams, we carefully listen to our customers, and always go the extra mile for them.

Our brands

Point A Hotels offer cosy, comfortable, budget friendly rooms in the heart of the big city. We believe it's all about the little things and we really pay attention to those. A welcoming smile, a pristine room where you can clear your mind and a team of attentive hosts to make sure you have everything you need. No fuss and flourish, just good, honest, homely places to stay.

Montagu Place is a sophisticated townhouse hotel operated by Queensway. Situated in Marylebone in the heart of London, it's just a short walk from Theatreland and Oxford Street. Offering a five-star stay without the five-star price tag, it provides a highly personal service, a range of thoughtful comforts, and a truly memorable experience.

Sloane Place is a boutique hotel and café bar, offering guests and locals relaxed elegance in a contemporary chic setting in the heart of London's Chelsea. From our thoughtfully designed bedrooms to our carefully curated menus, all has been considered for your experience, with personal service to help you feel at home from the moment you step inside.

A different way of operating

Our people are crucial to the experience we offer our guests, and we carefully train them, enabling them to become experts in many different aspects of the art of hospitality. We want to hear from our people and we have created an open, honest and positive feedback-driven culture. Most of our hotel general managers are promoted from within, because we believe in recognising and rewarding great work, and creating an environment in which our people are supported and motivated to develop thriving careers.

We believe in great hospitality, and are passionate about offering a genuine, sincere experience. Whether our guests are enjoying the brilliantly located Point A Hotels, the beautiful and thoughtful menus at Sloane Place or the upmarket comforts of our boutique Montagu Place hotel, we always go that extra mile to offer a welcoming and personal experience.

Successful operations need great people, and our small but highly qualified team includes dedicated support functions such as Finance and HR. Keeping it simple, we make best use of technology, and focus on doing the basics very well.

Growing the portfolio

We currently own and operate six Point A Hotels in central London, one Point A Hotel in Glasgow, one ibis Styles Hotel in Nairobi, East Africa. Our portfolio of hotels also includes Montagu Place and Sloane Place, our own boutique hotels in Marylebone and Chelsea.

We're committed to expanding our Hotels business, and the following projects are currently in development:

  • Point A Hotel Edinburgh, opening summer 2019.
  • Point A Hotel London Kensington, opening summer 2019.
  • Point A Hotel Dublin, opening 2020.

Our Partners

Wellcome Trust

The Wellcome Trust is an independent global charitable foundation dedicated to improving health. Their £18.3bn investment portfolio provides the income to fund research and activities relating to biomedical science, humanities and social sciences.

In 2013, the Wellcome Trust acquired a 50% share as joint venture partners of the Point A Hotels business. With their expertise, commitment and support, we aim to grow the portfolio to reach our target of 1,500 rooms across central London by 2020.

Fifty Seven 7 Limited

We have partnered with Fifty Seven 7 Limited, a company owned by Naguib Kheraj. Naguib acts as an adviser to the Queensway organisation and Fifty Seven 7 Limited is a founder investor in the Point A Hotels business.
