Since re-entering the UK hotel market in 2004, we have developed a strong relationship with InterContinental Hotels Group and have opened new and innovative Express By Holiday Inn hotels at Croydon and Walsall.
In June 2006 we launched the first of our town house hotels, Montagu Place, situated in the heart of central London. Montagu Place became an instant hit with the corporate and leisure guest who want a more intimate and personal experience.
June 2007 saw the introduction of the easyHotel brand into West London with the launch of our first easyHotel at Earls Court. This concept has been extremely well received from both the leisure traveller and cost-conscious corporate guest.
September 2010 saw the launch of the first Tune Hotel at Westminster Bridge Road in London with the opening of 79 bedrooms. Further hotels opened in Liverpool Street in January 2012, Paddington in June 2012 and Kings Cross in July 2012.
We are constantly seeking new hotel opportunities both here in the UK and in Continental Europe and it is our intention to continue growing these successful brands in the right locations.
