Point A Hotels have a simple brand promise: to provide our guests with everything they need to set them up for what they've come to do. Our hotels are located right in the heart of the action and offer guests super comfy beds, Fast&Free WiFi and proper power showers. The first Point A Hotels open in early 2017 in London Shoreditch and Glasgow.
Tune Hotels offer a value-driven hotel experience that appeals to savvy travellers. We operate three Tune Hotels in the north of England and Scotland, under management agreements. We recently opened the first Tune Hotel in East Africa. Tune Hotel Nairobi Westlands has 280 guest bedrooms and a range of restaurants and bars.
Montagu Place is a sophisticated townhouse hotel operated by Queensway. Situated in Marylebone in the heart of London, it's just a short walk from Theatreland and Oxford Street. Offering a five-star stay without the five-star price tag, it provides a highly personal service, a range of thoughtful comforts, and a truly memorable experience.
A different way of operating
Our people are crucial to the experience we offer our guests, and we carefully train them, enabling them to become experts in many different aspects of the art of hospitality. We want to hear from our people and we have created an open, honest and positive feedback-driven culture. Most of our hotel general managers are promoted from within, because we believe in recognising and rewarding great work, and creating an environment in which our people are supported and motivated to develop thriving careers.
We believe in great hospitality, and are passionate about offering a genuine, sincere experience. Whether our guests are enjoying the brilliantly located Point A Hotels, the value offering of our Tune Hotels or the upmarket comforts of our boutique Montagu Place hotel, we always go that extra mile to offer a welcoming and personal stay.
Successful operations need great people, and our small but highly qualified team includes dedicated support functions such as Finance and HR. Keeping it simple, we make best use of technology, and focus on doing the basics very well.
Growing the portfolio
We currently own and operate six Point A Hotels in central London, one Point A Hotel in Glasgow, one Tune Hotel in Nairobi, East Africa and we manage a further three Tune Hotels in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Liverpool. Our portfolio of hotels also includes Montagu Place, our own boutique hotel in Marylebone.
We're committed to expanding our Hotels business, and the following projects are currently in development:
- Point A Hotel King's Cross, London: Extension featuring an additional 35 rooms. Opening August 2017.

The Wellcome Trust is an independent global charitable foundation dedicated to improving health. Their £18.3bn investment portfolio provides the income to fund research and activities relating to biomedical science, humanities and social sciences.
In 2013, the Wellcome Trust acquired a 50% share as joint venture partners of the Tune Hotels London business. With their expertise, commitment and support, we aim to grow the portfolio to reach our target of 1,500 rooms across central London by 2020.
Fifty Seven 7 Limited
We have partnered with Fifty Seven 7 Limited, a company owned by Naguib Kheraj since the inception of the UK Tune Hotels venture. Naguib acts as an adviser to the Queensway organisation and Fifty Seven 7 Limited is a founder investor in the UK Tune Hotels business.
Since 2010 we've partnered with this innovative international hotel brand, applying our wealth of experience gained with other hotel brands including Holiday Inn, Ramada and Sheraton.
